As you can imagine our couriers and Royal Mail are experiencing high volumes of parcels and letters during this festive time and with the effects of an increase in on line ordering as well, you may experience some delays for which we apologise.

To try and help we are upgrading any Royal Mail deliveries to their tracked service so it should have a higher priority and our courier APC is still managing to deliver on a next day delivery at the moment.
