Sharon Mynard is an amazing and inspiring lady who is planning to undertake a Marathon in aid of Brain Tumour Research. Now a normal Marathon is a challenge enough but Sharon, who was paralysed in a riding accident as a girl, is completing it in her wheelchair. She is doing this to raise money for a charity close to her heart and in memory of the local and well known showing producer Rory Gilsenan who very sadly lost his battle with a brain tumour back in April. Rory was a great character at the local shows and his Irish humour and wit will always live on with so many of his friends and family. This polo depicts one of his sayings and beliefs that “Anything and everything can be sorted over a cup of tea” and I’m sure many a cuppa was shared and maybe sometimes something a bit stronger! All profits of the sale of this Polo will go towards Brain Tumour Research and help Sharon raise more money to this worthwhile charity. Thank you for your support.
