We aim to deliver any personalised orders within 7-10 working days from date of order for UK orders and any plain garments or face masks within 2 working days.
If garments are in stock we will ship out for next day delivery however please be aware that due to current restrictions Royal Mail and our couriers may have some delays depending on the area they are delivering to so please be patient but we always be happy to help resolve any queries where we can.
Shipments to Ireland will be made via Royal Mail; we can happily quote for courier deliveries to Ireland so please do just get in touch.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange any personalised garments unless there is a manufacturers fault to the garment.
If there is a manufacturers fault then we will replace the garment like for like. Any such claims must be made in writing and the garment must be made available for inspection within 3 working days from receipt of order.
Sizing charts are available and the onus is on the customer to order their correct size.

Any garments to be refunded must be returned to us in their original packaging and within 7 working days and only to be returned upon agreement from ourselves.
